Order of St Patrick (in picture)

His photograph (infobox) clearly shows he not only wears the star of the Garter but also the collar and star of the Order of St Patrick (an Irish based British order) but I have not found him recorded as Knight, which would entitle him to the postnominal initials KP. Was he only wearing the insignia ex-officio as Lord Lieutenant of Ireland?Cloptonson (talk) 11:18, 31 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
