I feel like he is actually best known not for editing Wiener Schachzeitung nor for compiling tournament books nor for any of his tournament results, but for his resigning in a won position against Ignatz von Popiel, a position which must have been reproduced in a thousand chess books. 78.16.205.117 (talk) 22:59, 11 December 2009 (UTC)
