I have chosen to evaluate this article because I am extremely fascinated with garden cities.

The lead does include information that is not present in other portions of the article. The led is concise and to the point.
Content The article's content is relevant to the topic. The content is fairly up-to-date but it would be nice to have some 21st century information as well. There should be some discussion of the original usage and purpose of the palace.
Tone and Balance
The article is neutral and educational.
There are no claims that appear heavily biased toward a particular position.
There are no positions or opinions that appear to be over-represented or under-represented.
The article does not appear to be an attempt to persuade the reader.
Sources and References
Not all of the facts in the article are clearly backed up by a reliable secondary source of information. At least, they are not clearly cited.
I believe there could be significantly more source material found and utilized.
The sources used are current.
The links seem to be working.
Organization
The article is well written and formulated; it is easy to read and understand.
The article does not have any glaring grammatical or spelling errors.
The article is well organized considering how short it is.
Images and Media
The article includes fantastic images that enhance understanding of the topic and inspire more interest.
The captions are accurate and educational.
I am not sure how to tell if all of the used images adhere to Wikipedia's copyright regulations but I know that I do not see any citations for them.
The images are laid out in an aesthetically pleasing way.
Checking the talk page
There are no conversations happening in the talk page.
The article does not have a rating.
Wikipedia portrays the topic as an ever changing location and discusses the generational changes made to the palace itself. We discuss why and how these types of places were built and utilized in their own time period.
Overall impressions
I think that the article is a great starting point!
The article's main strength is it's discussion of the garden's reconstructions and alterations.
The article could vastly be improved by including information about the gardens original usage.
The article is underdeveloped but not poorly developed.
