Farman
[edit]Please find hereafter an image of a Farman by Gaykhatu. The letter is written half in Turkish and half in Persian, with a Persianized arabic script. It also contained a Chinese seal (in red). It is the earliest known royal Il-Khanid farman in Persian. Source: Arts of the Persian Courts by Abolala Soudavar, p.34-35. Feel free to insert the image in the article.
