I added the following information: A privately funded seaport is currently under construction in Garacad by Wadaagsan Company with approval of the government. Due to its strategic location, it will open up central Somalia and eastern Ethiopia to smooth trade with the rest of the world. At 13-metres, Gara’ad Fishing and Commercial Port will be the deepest port in Somalia. The port will have three berths that can accommodate large boats and container ships as well as fuel storage tanks. More precisely, it will have space for 3 cargo ships of 10,000 DWT-20,000 (3×1500 containers 20’) in addition to a large warehouse and cargo storage area with room for expansion. Gara’ad Fishing and Commercial Port is expected to handle 3,500,000 tons of cargo per year.

However, the source used is directly from the website of the company managing the port project. The Garacad port project is a significant development in Somalia and, as of now, it cannot be found anywhere on Wikipedia. This is important information that should be included on this page. The external links you are referring to are primary sources, the "About Us" page, which leads to a mission and vision statement for Garacad Seaport. This is effectively a promotional link. Please see Wikipedia:No original research policy and Wikipedia:Identifying and using primary sources. If the project is significant, there should be multiple sources reporting on this project, yes? Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, the president said the new port would be of great importance to Somalia and the entire region, including Ethiopia, which has no coast. The multi-million dollar project will be funded by Puntland businessmen, according to Puntland Ports Minister Said Mohamed Rage. The construction project was awarded to a Turkish company, and construction work is expected to take two and a half years. There are plans to build a road that will connect Gara'ad port with Gaalkacyo town, officials said. Gara'ad is a coastal city in the Indian Ocean.

Garacad in the Jariban district of Mudug region has been under construction for years, with a modern port that is different from the old Puntland port of Bossaso, and will have services that will allow large ships to dock and unload cargo. The port, which began operations at the end of 2019, is now more than 400mt deep, with a total of 1150mt of water intrusion and burial required. According to the plan, the end of this project, especially during the months of burial, was expected to be completed within 19 months, and is currently underway for more than eight months, with hope for the remaining months. The port is already scheduled to be closed, although plans are afoot to start exporting and importing goods at the port. Dr. Mohamud Qorane is the deputy chairman of the Gara'ad port construction committee. The President of Puntland State of Somalia, HE Said Abdullahi Deni, commended the Gara'ad Port Construction Committee for their patriotism and responsible work in the past. "The construction of Gara'ad Port is the largest joint venture project of its kind in Somalia. We are an example to the people and the government is committed to completing the construction of the port which I hope will be completed soon," said the Puntland President. The meeting was attended by members of the Council of Ministers, Mudug Regional Administrations, Mudug Regional Administration, Presidential Advisers and the Gara'ad Port Construction Committee.

Wadaagsin Company, which is constructing Gara'ad Port, held a meeting at the Istanbul Hotel in Jigjiga. The official port website neatly gathers this same information into one source with added construction details. I used their "About Us" page as a source because it has a section on the project details. I didn't take any of the promotional information from their "Mission & Vision" or "Objectives" sections, only the "Project Details" section. The information in there has specific numbers that I can't find anywhere outside of Youtube videos.
