With respect to the WP:1RR restriction:
Clear vandalism of whatever origin may be reverted without restriction. Also, reverts made solely to enforce the extended confirmed restriction are not considered edit warring.
Editors who violate this restriction may be blocked by any uninvolved administrator, even on a first offence.
We can not say that it is the "largest nesting colony of Eagles in Israel" because the area is not in Israel, so therefor the neutral way to put it is "in Israel and the Israeli occupied territories" as that is where Gamla nature revere is, in the occupied territories, not in Israel.
