Tomko as Manager
Tomko was never her manager or bodyguard. He did walk out with her and Trish in a tag match on Raw but he was Trish's bodyguard and had no affiliation with Gail. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.201.174.71 (talk) 14:31, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
Doug Basham?
Is Gail still dating Doug Basham?MgHoneyBee 04:00, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
Does this Belong?
"As of Late Gail Kim has been stuck between the disfunctional AMW....will she be able to cool things off before it's too late???" I don't think so, but i didn't remove it. RealFerrari 06:17, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
Gail Kim's Finishing Move
There appears to be some conflicts of interest on the page concerning Gail Kim's finishing move. She also calls her finishing move "The Flying Dragon", as in addition to "Cristo". I just wanted to point that out, since this revision has already been attempted numerous times. - Rs25 05:37, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
- I just noticed it's not on the page, and since it's unlikely there are reliable sources, I'm not going to add it. However, watching SD now, Grisham just called it The Flying Dragon. Thanks, RebirthThom 21:58, 22 May 2009 (UTC)
Porno
I just removed the line stating she's done a pornographic film, as she has not. She did do a topless photo shoot in Korea, which, in her shoot interview, she deems "tasteful", but she's...not a pornstar. --Ben R. 04:40, 3 December 2006 (UTC)
- Can I get a source for the so called topless advertisement? Who was it for?Sephiroth storm 00:24, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
Kissing and Spongebob
I have edited the section where it says she likes Spongebob Squarepants as well as the section where the author claims she kissed Traci Brooks and Christie Hemme. I have been a Gail fan for years and never in any online interview or any personal interview did she ever admit to any of the sort. Also, she has never mentioned anything at all on being friends with Melina Perez. Rs25 04:40, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
No
i took away the headscissors armbar because you guys are not allowed to put false information.
- Its there because she's used it. Unforgiven 2004 I believe, against Victoria.Sephiroth storm 00:30, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
- She never wrestled at Unforgiven 2004. That was Trish Stratus. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.141.254.89 (talk) 20:06, 19 February 2008 (UTC)

Managers
I think you should add in bulk Eric Young because she has started managing him last I saw. BIGCANDICEFAN 01:52, 11 August 2007 (UTC)
Sheamus O'Shaunessy
I believe the portion of Gail's wiki in "Outside Wrestling" that states she is dating Sheamus O' Shunessy should be removed. There is no sourced information or proof that such a comment is true. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.0.202.145 (talk) 20:27, 20 January 2008 (UTC)
Princess & Royal Kill
Princess & Royal Kill are the same film, the name was changed sometime in 2006, and it was in post production for a long time. but it is definatly the same film —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.194.114.231 (talk) 18:51, 5 September 2008 (UTC)
Contract Negotiations?
Listen, we don't know for sure what Kim is doing. We don't know that she is in contract negotiations with anybody, despite what a few wrestling dirt sheets say. Perhaps we shouldn't add it until we know exactly what is going on. Eternallyjess (talk) 13:09, 6 September 2008 (UTC)
What sites do you consider reliable sources. and dont say things like any 3rd party sites. i want a name of a website. im tired of putting stuff on wikipedia to help out and then hear you say "we will when a reliable source is presented" and when it does happen i was right. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.34.111.9 (talk) 15:12, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
- Wrestling Observer Newsletter, official TNA and WWEW websites, SLAM Sports! and WrestleView. Look here. The first two sections (Official websites and Websites proven reliable) are the only ones that would be acceptable for something like a contract signing. It lists the reliable and unreliable ones concerning wrestling articles. ♥Nici♥Vampire♥Heart♥ 15:17, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
WWE Return
I have heard that she is returning at the Survivor Series to challenge Beth Phoenix. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.201.174.45 (talk) 02:40, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
- So? You heard it doesn't make it true. Until you bring a reliable source such as WrestleView, Canadian Online Explorer, Wrestling Observer, PWtorch, or WWE.com it can not be added to the article.—WillC 02:50, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
PWtorch, Wrestling Observer and Prowrestling.net have all said that Kim is not returning to TNA. They also say they don't know which brand she's going to be put on if in fact she's returning to WWE. If they were smart they'd do RAW to give Beth a formiddable opponent. Those Kids (talk) 00:30, 8 November 2008 (UTC)
- Wrestling news websites say she's going to be on SmackDown! If they were going to put her on RAW they they would have put Melina on SmackDown but since they want to continue the Beth/Melina storyline going, they are going to send Gail to SD! because Michelle is going to become the top heel and will have a short feud with Maria before Gail redebuts. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.53.133.155 (talk) 08:39, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
The person above me correct. Ive read the pretty much the same thing. www.411mania.com/wrestling has posted up an article where Gail has signed a contract for smackdown and is preparing for a storyline.
- Well when it actually becomes true it will be added.--WillC 22:40, 3 December 2008 (UTC)

More WWE News: Gail Kim Update, Tribute to the Troops, and More Schedule Changes Posted by Larry Csonka on 11.25.2008
Some more Tuesday news!
- It looks as if Gail Kim will be working on the Smackdown brand when she returns to WWE TV. Kim was brought up to the TV tapings this week and shot promotional photos and footage for inserts into WWE's TV programming. She could make her WWE return as soon as tonight's Smackdown tapings —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.34.111.9 (talk) 05:27, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
- Well when it happens and a reliable source is presented it will be stated she is back in WWE.--WillC 05:46, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
Ill just put this here. Would it be a idea to put up her personal or should I say"official" website www.thegailkim.com under personal life for the main article since i didnt see a personal article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.34.111.9 (talk) 20:06, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
I really can't believe anything until gail kim or wwe releases a statement that she is in fact signing with them. Hopefully they'll start showing promo trailers for her if she is in fact coming. I hope they don't overkill it like they did with Kizarny! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.9.178.251 (talk) 23:40, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
There's a promo video for Gail Kim on WWE.com now... http://www.wwe.com/content/media/video/vms/smackdown/2009/february15-21/9406452 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.15.190.153 (talk) 02:54, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
- And? It says nothing about Kim being back in WWE or returning. TJ Spyke 03:03, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
- You are right. WWE randomly inserting her name and herself in a promo about HERSELF obviously means she isn't returning. They just like pimping out former TNA stars all they can. *Rolls eyes* Sorry, but the video is an obvious return video, as WWE would not have put her in a promo if she wasn't signed. King Shuckle (talk) 08:07, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
- I didn't say it wasn't possible. I said it doesn't say anything about her returning (when WWE airs return videos they usually have something like "---- returning soon"). You can use that video and say Kim is back with WWE since the video doesn't say that. TJ Spyke 19:14, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
- It looks like WWE already took down the video. Maybe it wasn't meant to be up already, or it will air during Smackdown tonight in the US. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.15.190.153 (talk) 18:16, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

See I told you people that 411mania.com is a good source. Didnt believe me. They knew months before you people knew it. But like always......Jonathanmbarnes (talk) 00:18, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
- That doesn't prove anything. After Gail Kim left TNA, WWE was the only other non-indy fed out there and it was obvious she would go to WWE. TJ Spyke 00:20, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
Actually it does prove stuff.Once she left TNA,the Smackdown Creative team announed to PWInisder and 411mania that they had put together a story line for her return. She also tried to throw her fans off on her website www.gailkim.com saying that she didnt know when she was going to ever come back so that online sources would not give it completely away. However that obviously didnt work since we now know shes coming back. Also she didnt "have to work" for a non indy company. She could have worked any where she wanted to. Theres many former WCW TNA and WWE stars working for low profile companies.69.34.111.9 (talk) 01:11, 27 February 2009 (UTC)Jonathan
- Nice imagination you have there. Every rumor site is right at least some of the time. Also, I know there are other companies she could work for, but none of them could pay her anywhere near what WWE would. When a major star leaves WWE or TNA though, they usually go to the other. TJ Spyke 01:15, 27 February 2009 (UTC)
Imagination? Wow your very arrogant. Also Gail Kim isn'a big name star. Shes no where near the level of Trish Stratus. But will change in a couple of years after she has some title reigns. So you are calling PWInsider a rumor site when you wiki calls them a very reliable source. Thats interesting. Sounds like you need to make up your mind on what sites you call reliable and not. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.34.111.9 (talk • contribs)
- Yes, imagination. Your idea that WWE would tell rumor sites months ago that they were planning on bringing Kim back. How is it arrogant to not believe your theories? I didn't say that Kim was as big as Trish, but she is still a big name (especially compare to people like Rhino or Tomko). TJ Spyke 03:27, 27 February 2009 (UTC)
The way you typed your statment came off as arrogant. Also I take time to read as many sites as I possibly can if there txting service doesnt tell me. Which they have given away many star "debuts" and "returns", plus stars who are planing to leave or retire through there txting service. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.34.111.9 (talk) 06:41, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
- Um, am I supposed to care that you read a lot of rumor sites? TJ Spyke 22:30, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
Did I state that your supposed to care? No. But you know whats the point of this any way. Im wasting your time and your wasting my time with bickering back and forth over the Inet. So I say lets say nothing more cause were not getting any where. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.34.111.9 (talk) 06:16, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
Protection
I've protected the page due to the excessive addition of unsourced rumors. Please only add information that is 100% confirmed with a reliable source, or your edit will be undone. Thanks. Nikki♥311 22:48, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
- Thank you very much, though a reliable source would still be a rumor.--WillC 23:01, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
Movelist
There are discrepancies to be mentioned. For one, is the tilt-a-whirl headscissor armbar called Christo or not? I heard Flying Dragon, and I seems that name just got DELETED. As for the "Wrist clutch foot facebreaker", I thought that was a good name for it. She used it to defeat the Diva's Champion at the time, Maryse. And she uses it on a next-to-daily basis. So I vote for keeping the move there. --Oxico (talk) 12:10, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
- It is/has been called both, and both names are there with sources. If a move is to stay in the moveset, it needs a source for what it is called. You can't just look at a move, and call it what ever you want...that is original research. You need an expert in the field to name it for you. Nikki♥311 18:40, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
- Ah, when I made that last statement only one name was there.
Define "expert in the field". I don't undertand....it IS what it IS, no matter what the "experts" say". I am not calling it whatever I want I am correctly clarifying it. And even if I call it by what it is (which is apparently wrong), at least a descrption of the move is necessary; denying its existant as one of her finishing moves is wrong just because it doesn' have a snazzy name. And am I an "expert in the field" if I write a wrestling blog, calling the moves whatever I want so Wikipedia can source to SOMETHING in a desperate attempt to make themselves credible? I apologize if I sound disrepectful, but it kind of irks me that I can do one thing on one page and not on another. --Oxico (talk) 18:58, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
- An expert in the field is someone who publishes books, newspaper articles, or articles on a well-respected site. Who says you are correctly describing a move??? A can't even tell you how many edit wars I've seen over all the wrestling articles (not just Gail Kim) over how a move is described (which is what I meant by "called" above, I wasn't referring to the wrestler's names for the moves, but the moves themselves). If you want it to be included, provide a reliable source that says she has used the move...and that's that. It is how Wikipedia works. If you write a wrestling blog, you aren't an expert in the field unless a mainstream news site or published book counts you as one. As for being able to do something in one article and not another....you shouldn't be able to add original research to any article. That's policy. Nikki♥311 19:08, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
- Furthermore, it took me approximately two seconds to find a source for the name "Flying Dragon". You could have just done that in the first place, and there wouldn't have been a problem. Nikki♥311 19:09, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
Uh I was about to change what I wrote cuz it sounded to....aggressive. I, uh, didn't understand the "charges" and kinda overreacted. I was, like, 2 seconds away from fixing it when I got an edit conflict. I wrote basically what you did in my fix. I understand about the resourcing, my mindset at time of edit was that you were accussing me of lying....strange I know. And my question on the Flying Dragon was more one of confusion, I honestly didn't know which it was called. Every time I came to the page it was one, the other, or both. So I guess we are sticking with the latest of which. The "wrist clutch foot facebreaker".... how exactly do I prove that she used the move, without using a YouTube video?--Oxico (talk) 19:17, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
- No problem...we can definitely compromise here. I usually try and do a Google search and use a match description from a wrestling site (Pro Wrestling Torch, PW Insider, SLAM! Wrestling, etc). I did a Google search of "wrist clutch foot facebreaker" (with and without quotes) and didn't come up with anything usable. They might just be calling it something else...IDK. When did she use the move? Her first WWE stint, in TNA, recently? If it is a recent addition to her move set, you might just have to be patient and wait for it to be mentioned somewhere. As for Christo/Flying Dragon...my impression is that it used to be called Christo, but is called Flying Dragon now. Maybe some dates should be added or something to make it clearer. Nikki♥311 19:47, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
Maybe this will help. I found a video of her doing what can be called a "wrist clutch foot facebreaker". Here it is. I don't know when she first used it, but I saw her do it three different times, once as a finisher (as shown). According to the "Professional wrestling throws" page, a Facebreaker is a move where the opponent's face is slammed against a part of the attacker's body, typically the knee. Kim uses her foot instead of the knee, but execution is relatively the same. --Oxico (talk) 02:48, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
- Oh and the move is at 5 minutes.--Oxico (talk) 02:49, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
- I looked at the video, but the announcers don't give a technical name when she performs it, so it wouldn't work as a source anyway (if youtube was allowed, that is). I've been looking at descriptions of the match from different wrestling websites (which is why it took me so long to respond), and nobody seems to have given it a technical name yet, either. The Wrestling Observer said it was the same move that Chuck Taylor uses called Sole Food, and 411mania said the same thing. However, the best they can describe it as is "the weird boot move". SLAM Wrestling calls it her new "foot to the face finisher". Therefore, we'll have to give it a more generic description (rather than something that resembles an official technical name), because it doesn't have one yet from what I can tell. I'd say something along the lines of "grabs the opponents wrist and kicks her face" would be okay...at least until an expert comes up with something more suitable. Nikki♥311 19:55, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
- Sounds good, I'll do that. Could you put the ref/source next to it, from those magazines and website? But when it is "named", can be properly classified? You know, kinda like classifying Dolph Ziggler's Jumping Russian legsweep. --Oxico (talk) 01:03, 29 May 2009 (UTC)
