No listing as as yet on the the London Stock Exchange. In my jurisdiction, companies limited by shares are:

1. Private companies;
2. Public companies, not listed on a stock exchange;
3. Public companies, listed on a stock exchange.

This company does not lack "notability". It is the industry leader in its field and operates internationally in over thirty countries for over 40 international oil and gas companies. We are in the process of creating the pages so tags such as this by "Vegaswikian" are not helpful. Therefore I am undoing this revision.Slhuyton (talk) 12:33, 3 June 2011 (UTC)

This company is not a "company of Scotland". It is registered in England which makes it an English company, irrespective of where the main office is. Therefore, I have undone the change made by "Vegaswikian". Slhuyton (talk) 16:14, 13 June 2011 (UTC)
