Party
[edit]Costa is not LMSTP, he is a member of a small party called UDD (which wiki has an article about under its first name UDCD. He was from Trovadas ADI, but founded UDD with other defectors in 2005. He is not in the National Assembly, but was chosen by the President to lead the three party government as a compromise figure.
