is this a valid reference?
[edit]The io9 reference, is a review before it aired, saying Adult Swim claimed it'd be more "sophisticated". Does that count as a third party review, if all they did, without having seen it yet, was repeat what the company line was, for what appears to be a brief blog entry? Original research or common sense to mention the blood and death?
[edit]Need to form a consensus here, so everyone please give your opinions. If we add in something about there now being blood and people shown dying, would it be considered "original research" because no reviewer has said it, or can we think for ourselves, and agree that it is clearly there, and by rule of common sense add that in? Since that sort of thing has never happened before in the previous G.I. Joe series, I believe it is a very valid bit of information to have in the article. If there is no reasonable doubt about a fact, I believe it counts as common sense, and under the rules we can have it.
- Add Add it in, its common sense, not original research. Dream Focus 21:48, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
- Wait for a source. WP:DEADLINE - this is a new series, and certainly someone will say it eventually. Our own opinion about the aesthetics and content can wait -- esp. since blood and death are nothing new to the GI franchise (NB comics, animated TV movie). --EEMIV (talk) 23:14, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
- Add. We don't need a reviewer to say there's blood any more than we need one to say that the cartoon is in color. --There are no names left (talk) 05:25, 2 May 2009 (UTC)
- Add. The fact that you people even have to debate shit like this blows my mind.
- I say there should be source to add about the subject.

Sequel
[edit]Have there been any interviews or comments that have hinted expansion on this new cotinuity? Does this have any connection to G.I. Joe: Renegades? 24.187.160.216 (talk) 21:01, 1 August 2010 (UTC)
