Creation
[edit]It made no sense to make seperate articles for these splits, though some of them may deserve their own article (especially the ones with exclusive content). Instead I decided to make this page with all of the splits and notes about the tracks (i.e. where they were originally released, if they are available anywhere else and other info). When I get some more specific release dates on some of the splits (i.e. at least a specific month) then I will get a full chronology going and link all of these splits in where they belong with the rest of the full lengths, EPs etc. If anyone has any info on release dates or ANYTHING drop me a line on my talk page.Ibanez Guy (talk) 01:54, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
- Shouldn't the tracks for the other bands on the splits be listed as well? --GVOLTT How's my editing?\My contribs 00:33, 16 September 2008 (UTC)
- This is a possibility, my initial thought was that this page would document FTF so why include the other bands tracks.... but I guess, why NOT include them I suppose? The only thing I am wondering is, can another band's page link here, even though this is a FTF centric page? And if so, is that privleging FTF in some way, and does that even matter? Anyways, I'm not opposed to the idea. If no one else does it, I will get around to it at some point. Ibanez Guy (talk) 20:58, 24 November 2008 (UTC)
Splits? What's a split?
[edit]Someone please link the word "splits" to whatever it refers to. Thanks. Editor of the Ugly (talk) 03:46, 27 February 2009 (UTC)
- How is it not obvious what that means? ScarTissueBloodBlister (talk) 03:07, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
- It's a record that's half by one artist and half by another. There is an economic advantage for poverty-stricken bands or record companies. Doomsdayer520 (Talk|Contribs) 09:46, 4 December 2009 (UTC)
