I have reverted some weak primary sources. For example this cohort study [1] is a primary source. We need stronger sources to making health statements. There is a lack of high-quality reviews on this subject. A recent review found that "potato consumption in general is not related to risk for many chronic diseases" although it did not specifically look at just fried potatoes [2]Psychologist Guy (talk) 18:20, 6 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
