section: The French embassy in Guatemala

I have removed this content previously, because in my opinion this section, in addition to its misspelling and odd grammar, has no encyclopedic substance. It is self-evident that embassies do the mentioned activities, and rather bizarre that it is laid out here in long form. It is also unnecessary I think to list the ambassador's name - this can be readily obtained from a web search and placing it here only leads to needing to update here when the ambassador rotates.
Now that the text has been added back, please discuss per WP:BRD, providing a cogent explanation why this content should remain. FeatherPluma (talk) 17:19, 22 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
