As a first contribution to this page, I ought to just note that I am Frank's grandson, which, I presume, is why the possible conflict has been noted.

I hope that Frank's eminence in a number of fields (art, architecture, academe and cartoons) speaks for itself in terms of his note-worthiness. A quick google search will establish this.

There was a Times obituary which, when I have it to hand, will be included as one of his references. In time, many others will be added. I would be grateful for any assistance.
