Request for information

This article requires more information in order to be promoted to B class. Information such as parents names, details of his early life, when he joined the British Army, whether he attended Sandhurst or somewhere else, was he married, etc. If anyone knows some of this information, please feel free to add it into the article.

Also if anyone can fix the date in the infobox it seems to be appearing the wrong way round. I've had a look at it, but can't work out what is wrong with the html (the birth date is appearing in one format and the date of death in another) — can anyone help? Wrong Taunggyi

The article had a link to Taunggyi in the Shan States. This is the wrong Taunggyi. For one thing the Burma campaign did not reach there until 1945. Blaker was operating in the Kachin State at the time. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.209.20.11 (talk) 12:56, 2 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
