1971 paragraph
[edit]Removed:
- In 1971 Botkyrka Municipality became the owner of the estate, but no efforts were made to keep it up and there were plans to tear it down. A pre-demolition inventory led to the decision to preserve it, and in 1970 the main house and its two flanking wing buildings were given cultural landmark status. However, the stable building was in very poor condition and was demolished, and Fittja loge was removed as a fire hazard; its site is now occupied by a public bathing. There were protests against the changes; among others, by Olle Magnusson, who in 1975 painted Sista skörden i Norra Botkyrka ("Final Harvest in North Botkyrka"), depicting the main estate buildings behind several old buildings which are on fire, including Fittja loge, with the tower blocks of the Million Programme in the background. The work is in Hjulsta metro station in north-west Stockholm as public art.

Factuality / Neutrality in Current use
[edit]An IP editor is adding that the research centre is a Marxist institution dedicated to exterminating Swedes and their culture. It's unsourced but I'm not familiar enough with the subject to call it outright vandalism so I will not do a third revert. Other editor's comments welcomed. Ifnord (talk) 17:34, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
