Official name
[edit]Is it absolutlely definitey officially called "Field hockey" rather than simply "Hockey"? I'm wondering because it is usually only called "field hockey" in a few countries where Ice hockey is the overwhelming dominant variant form and thus has the "un-adjectived" name. The international regulatory body uses simply "hockey". Roger (talk) 10:57, 2 August 2012 (UTC)
- All the official Olympic stuff has it as Hockey, WP should use Hockey to match. Rawling4851 12:31, 10 August 2012 (UTC)
