Content

The article is well organized and easy to understand. The material is focused on the topic about medicinal plants in Asia. However, the article title uses the scientific name that can baffle readers that looking for taxonomic information or specific morphology of the species. The author is very limited in covering the topic, e.g. in Chemical Composition section only have one sentence, or in Uses section only present the diseases name that can be healed by the species compound, but did not explain in brief how to use it. The evidence is good but very limited, reference is available and the author did not make an assumption. The article could be improved by adding more section and references from the recent journal article.

Quality

The article introduction does not summarize the key points or present a good background, only contain short information about local name, habit, and distribution of F. deltoidea, instead. The article consists of several sections with heading in each, no subheading is presented. The author did not add the taxonomic information that important to guide the reader to recognize specific taxa for medicinal purpose. Description section also misses the complete information about plants morphology, distribution, and habitat. Only one figure available, appendices and footnote are not available. The article is neutral and the author did not make any bias. The fact is not strongly emphasized, lack of supporting information in all sections. The author used three books as references, two of them are published by a reliable publisher, and the last one was published by the Malaysia government agency that does not have a correlation medicinal plant and the author is not the expert in the medicinal plant that makes it not reliable as a reference.
