Fatmagül'ün Suçu Ne? → What is Fatmagül's fault – Use English translation because this is English Wikipedia not Turkish Wikipedia. 49.197.156.201 (talk) 10:23, 25 February 2015 (UTC) 49.197.156.201 (talk) 10:23, 25 February 2015 (UTC)
- Oppose as unsourced can we please have a reliable source for this release name before moving it. Atakav Women and Turkish Cinema: Gender Politics, Cultural Identity 2013 has "One of the films that seem to criticise marriage in a rather unconventional way is Süreyya Duru's Fatmagül'ün Suçu Ne? (What is Fatmagül's Mistake?) (1986). " while The Routledge Handbook of Modern Turkey 2013 has "and Fatmagül'ün Suçu Ne? (What is Fatmagül's Fault?, dir. Süreyya Duru, 1986). The films listed above fit into the Western, and Westernized , critical rendering of the cinema of Turkey" .... in other words there is no consistent English name In ictu oculi (talk) 12:14, 25 February 2015 (UTC)
- Oppose, we need sufficient sources that use the English name, then you can try again. The sole source that uses the English name in the article doesn't seem like enough. We have Fijación Oral, Vol. 1, Les Misérables, Quran, Seiken Densetsu 3, etc. that have untranslated titles, because most of the sources use that. Hill Crest's WikiLaser! Time Zones?
[edit]What time zone is used for the times of broadcasting? Eastern European Time? (I assumed it because it is a Turkish show). Hill Crest's WikiLaser! (BOOM!) 00:21, 1 March 2015 (UTC)
Story in detail please
[edit]I have read the story of the serial and found that the the story is written in very short. Plz write the story in detail so that the viewers can know about the serial Rmsmisbah (talk) 14:41, 18 October 2016 (UTC)
- Hello Rmsmisbah. Unfortunately Wikipedia practice and policy does not encourage very detailed recounting of the story of TV series. MOS:PLOT says that "The length of a plot summary should be carefully balanced with the length of the other sections ... For some types of media, associated guidelines may offer advice on plot length; for example, WP:Manual of Style/Film suggests that plot summaries for feature films should be between 400 and 700 words."
- So for example the recognized Wikipedia Good Article The Deep End (TV series) has a Plot section that is only one paragraph, plus a summary for each episode of only a few short sentences. This is an acceptable level of detail.
- It may be that one day Wikipedia has separate articles for each of the episode of Fatmagül'ün Suçu Ne?, and if that happens, then each of those separate articles might have a plot section of similar length. Until then, the existing Plot section in this article does not need to be more detailed. MPS1992 (talk) 17:46, 18 October 2016 (UTC)
