Failed "good article" nomination

This article failed good article nomination. This is how the article, as of June 28, 2007, compares against the six good article criteria:

1. Well written?: Overall, well done here. There are, however, odd instances of British English spelling and grammar for no detectable reason. Please be consistent, preferably American English, since the subject is American. The sentence that begins "The cover of the promo CD for the single..." is out of place. I suggest moving it to the background section. "and, as of 2006, only..." is a problem. The "as of" feature, though not deprecated, should pretty much only be used if the information cannot be updated (or at least not easily). It is preferable to use the {{Update after|YYYY|MM|DD}} template, appearing immediately after the sentence in question. Also, this can be verified to date (2007), so please do so.

2. Factually accurate?: Good amount of references, and good inline citations. This sentence, though, "The film and the music had to be..." is missing a citation.

3. Broad in coverage?: Good here. A sample of the song would be fantastic. A little more fleshing out wouldn't hurt. Professional reviews are needed in the infobox. MetaCritic.com should help in this regard. Pardon the title, but the article "1987 (What the Fuck Is Going On?)" is a great example of how a song article might be. Another good (simpler and more recent) example is "Hollaback Girl."

4. Neutral point of view?: Nice neutrality. (more reviews)

5. Article stability? Extremely stable, but not many contributors. You might invite some experienced users to come in and take a peek at it.

6. Images?: Biggest issue. No fair use rationales on Image:FastAsYouCanUK2.jpg or Image:FastAsYouCanPromo.jpg. Must be fixed.

Well, I was one of the major contributors to the article (which explains the "odd instances of British English spelling and grammar" :D) and had no idea it had been nominated for GA status. • The reviews must be in another section. Try to use “Release and reception” and then expand the content with the releases, additional info besides the cover.
• The extra cover needs to be removed. No need to illustrate, though; unless you explained stuffs about the cover in the article.

• Actually, ARC Weekly is not an official chart. But because of its few charted markets, I think it’s reasonable to mention it.
• The single was released in Japan; was there any performances the single had in that country?
• Make sure you use the en dash for the track listings.

• Same with the next paras. Look at some other song GAs for examples
• "The cover of the promo CD for the single in the U.S. was drawn by Apple" - can you expand on this at all? What did people think of her drawing it, etc.?
• "Anderson shot the video in Pasadena, California[9] " - ref needs punctuation under it. move to end of sentence?
  • "It charted at number twenty-three on the ARC Weekly Top 40[14]" - again
