Clean up required

The entire article is unsourced. I have cleaned up most of the WP:BLP violations, but it needs far more research and dedication and a lot less bias.--Conjoiner 17:24, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

State subject

The political status of state of Jammu and Kashmir has not yet been assertained. There is a dispute between India and Pakistan over the political status of Jammu and Kashmir. Moreover, the portion of Jammu and Kashmir administered by India has a temporay nature of relationship with India as according to Article 370 of Indian constitution and another portion of Jammu and Kashmir known as Azad Kashmir (Free Kashmir) administered by Pakistan is semi-autonomus. Thus, making it hard to determine the statehood and nationality of people of Jammu and Kashmir. United Nations holds that the political status of Jammu and Kashmir would be decided only after holding a referundum in Jammu and Kashmir and people decide to join either Dominion of Pakistan or Dominion of India. As of now political state of Jammu and Kashmir is in the state of Statelessness.

For the sake of neutrality the nationality of people of Jammu and Kashmir should be written as "State Subject of Jammu and Kashmir" as according to the State Subject Definition Notification dated the 20th April, 1927[1] of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir.Kashmirspeaks 19:40, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
