Fair use rationale for Image:Fsn west2.jpg
Image:Fsn west2.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

PRIMETICKET
Let's change the title of the entire article to "Fox Sports West and PRIMETICKET". PRIMETICKET is the way it shows up on the screen afterall so why not? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.180.171.99 (talk • contribs)
- Firstly, we have a style guideline for trademarks. We usually go by what the verbal or official identification of something is, and not by how it is stylized in most cases. This is why we went "Fox Sports West" rather than "FSWEST" in this article, since I hear everyone had been verbally using that term. Also, you just went through and changed them all without discussion, so I just went to CamelCase for you. ViperSnake151 21:07, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
Split proposal
Shouldn't this article be separated into 2 articles due to it being about 2 different, independent, separate, individual 24-hour channels? They have individual rights to different teams, etc. TomCat4680 (talk) 03:00, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
- Please discuss this at Wikipedia_talk:TVS#Fox Sports West and Prime Ticket. TomCat4680 (talk) 03:18, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
Proposed merge of Bally Sports SoCal into Bally Sports West
These 2 articles cover different incarnations of the same media entity. Much of the material in both articles is overlapping. While it existed under this name a bit longer, the other title preceded this one. Alternately, the two articles could be merged and renamed "Prime Ticket", as that was the original name. - Support. Given the fact that the RSNs cover the same territory, have been commonly owned ever since there were two of them, etc., this makes sense and reduces a lot of duplication. I would not support a rename unless the RSNs went out of business, and even then I am quite cool to it. Some work will need to be done on the lead and in general.
