Calibers
[edit]The FM57 was originally chambered for the then-current 6.5mmx55 cartridge. Later versions were in 7.62mm NATO.
Article needs a photo of the FM57.
Article says nothing about the magazine used in the FM57. Early versions used the 6.5mmx55 cartridge which will not fit in a 7.62mm NATO magazine such as that for the FN FAL rifle, and photos of 6.5mm FM57s indicate it did not use the existing 6.5mm magazine from the Swedish Browning Automatic Rifle variants Kg m/1921, m/1930 or m/1937.
