Overuse of footnotes
[edit]This article is overusing footnote citations from the same source, making it hard for the reader to judge coverage in third-party sources. Also see WP:CITESHORT for a cleaner way of organizing multiple footnotes from the same source. VG ☎ 18:56, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
eyeOS now properitary?
[edit]I have visited the website of eyeOS. There is no clue that eyeOS is released under the terms of the GPL. They charge money for their software (this is allowed but not usual for GPL projects).
Are you sure it is released under the terms of the GPL? — Preceding unsigned comment added by BeanMe (talk • contribs) 15:36, 22 May 2012 (UTC)
Oh... They now offer a commercial license... But have they stopped offering the GPL version? --BeanMe (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 15:49, 22 May 2012 (UTC).
- eyeOS is now fully properitary, in other terms, dead for "users". Only alive for companies. Seems like eyeOS follow no longer the interest of developing new amazing technologies to improve the world rather than making money. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.157.46.64 (talk) 07:39, 28 February 2013 (UTC)
