Removal
[edit]- User:Ohnoitsjamie, why was this page removed and redirected to a page with none of the information on it? Just taking a cursory look at Nigerian Executive Council pages or the dozens of country subdivision cabinet pages would show that it's notable and anyone even taking a glance at the Ondo State page would know that it was not the place to supplant an Executive Council page. - I'm sorry but that is entirely inconsistent with the dozens of other pages of the same type. It's a cabinet page, there isn't really that much information and you still redirected to a page with absolutely none of that information on it. It genuinely would have made more sense (still no sense) to redirect to the Rotimi Akeredolu page. You could’ve asked someone to link it to another page, you could’ve linked it to another page yourself, you could’ve asked someone to create an Ondo State Government page so it wouldn't be the only thing in the article, you could’ve looked at the other pages and thought "why hasn't a single other user deleted one of these pages, I should probably open this move to discussion," or you could’ve done none of that and just slap an orphan tag on it and eventually someone would come to link it. Like the page isn't hurting anyone, who cares, just ask someone to fix it if you don't want to. Nothing against you but there were so many more sensible decisions that you could have made, that would’ve gotten consensus and been consistent with the clear precedent of three years of these kind of pages so I'll just readd the content (probably when the cabinet reconstitutes) and this nonsense can just be put aside.
