- Miroshnichenko is a grandmaster,
- Miroshnichenko was twice ukrainian champion (Ukraine is the fourth chess nation in the world according to FIDE),
- Miroshnichenko's best rating was 2696,
- Miroshnichenko has an impressive record of international tournaments first or equal-first places (see the polish page, pl:Jewhen Mirosznyczenko, for a list which goes up to 2009)
- Miroshnichenko was the number 55 seed in the Chess World Cup 2005.
