the Vardar watershed in the figure is merged into the Danube watershed, which is incorrect. Struchnyak (talk) 18:03, 14 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Topographical Map of the European Continental Divide

[edit]

A possible suggestion for this article. I have created an interactive topographical map of the European Continental Divide based on data available from governmental agencies responsible for cartography and water management (continental-divide.eu). I have not incorporated this into the European watershed page, since I have created the website. However, I do believe that the information would be interesting for readers and editors of this article. My project is freely available for anyone to use and is intended to bring together people with an interest in the topic. I'll leave the choice about integrating this to the Wiki-Community. --Sledbird (talk) 13:54, 25 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I had posted a similar question on the German version of this page (Europäische Hauptwasserscheide). The community decided that a link to the map was of interest to the article and expands the understanding of the article. Based on this decision, I would place the link now on the page. --Sledbird (talk) 14:57, 30 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
