formatting/London

too much italics, maybe some should be quotes instead of italics? (e.g. lede) also there's no mention of London in the article, United States Secret Service does mention that there's an ECTF in London. --Jeremyb (talk) 05:39, 23 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
