Relatedness

How can Eucalyptus lansdowneana subsp. albopurpurea be unrelated to Eucalyptus lansdowneana? It's a subspecies. BoundaryRider (talk) 09:11, 2 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

@BoundaryRider: As explained in the (now expanded) article, Eucalyptus lansdowneana subsp. albopurpurea was raised to species level in 2000, so now, Eucalyptus lansdowneana and Eucalyptus albopurpurea are regarded as separate species. Gderrin (talk) 00:14, 12 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
