does this page currently have a maintainer? the language of the article feels a little stilted and awkward, as if it were the product of a machine translation which was cleaned up by someone who speaks English, but is not fluent. would it be possible for someone to come through and clean up or potentially even re-write the article to improve its clarity to English speakers? if nobody else wishes to do it, i would be glad to apply a little polish myself. i'll look back here for any potential responses. thank you!
