Lead Section
Lead section could use a bit more background on the current state of the US/Mexico border, particularly logistical information. Add some more info that tells the reader exactly what the border looks like right now and go into how it got that way in the following sections. Justicestudent9 (talk) 07:08, 12 March 2017 (UTC)
Background
Is there any sort of reference that can back up the statement that the border houses a variety of species and tribes? Also any evidence that people relocated into these regions because of the economic incentives, or is this an assumption? Justicestudent9 (talk) 07:03, 12 March 2017 (UTC)
Great observation we got this information on the EPA program fact sheet; we listed it under reference (2) do you think we should add to the beginning of the statement with the EPA factsheet states... We added it as a footnote but maybe by starting with this kind of format there is no misinterpretation on the readers behalf. EPA,REG. Review By Javier Chen
First off, you all are having a great start with your main topics and sub-topics in regards to the wall and the relation with EJ. My question would be, was there any other past policy(s) that the U.S. has tried to pass or implement in regards to a border. Was there an EJ argument from either the State(s), and or Congress when shaping the national border policies. How else did these past policies affect the U.S. - Mexican relations and is there any EJ research on the Mexican side affecting their communities? I think you all have a solid start and since this is a policy class, I would delve deeper into how the policies are interrelated with EJ.
