GSI Feedback
[edit]This is a great topic, and excellent subsection ideas. You just need to flesh it out and fill in the subsections more thoroughly. Also, will you be touching upon Trump's wall and its potential impact? LJwikiname (talk) 16:07, 6 April 2017 (UTC)
Refocussing
[edit]@Srich32977 and Train2104: I agree that the article title presupposes certain things (that the disparities in impact constitute an environmental justice issue) but I think that there's enough of a foundation here to create an article about "Environmental issues along the US-Mexico border". These are well-documented (and in fact very timely, since the potential environmental impacts of the proposed border wall are attracting a lot of attention). Assuming that Optimisticallyhopeful is on board with the idea, I'd like to work with them to refocus the article into something that's more general. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 16:15, 7 April 2017 (UTC)
For future reference
[edit]A published article must have WP:LEAD and should not have empty sections. This page is not a sandbox. Seraphim System (talk) 05:59, 14 April 2017 (UTC)
@Seraphim System: I was trying to construct a good WP:LEAD but thank you. It is still a work in progress, let me know if you find any other concerns. I appreciate the feedback. Also, how do I get it off my sandbox; I am new to the Wiki community and quite frankly am unfamiliar with a lot of format editing stuff. All in all, thanks for your interest in the page. @Optimisticallyhopeful: Its in the top bar, you'll see it next to your messages. I think it is cleared every 12 hours. Seraphim System (talk) 06:46, 14 April 2017 (UTC)
