And lets say that "Russia was the major gas producer, 2nd oil producer and 6th coal producer in the world in 2011." However, this article is not called Top 10 natural gas producers in 2011 or Top 10 oil producers in 2011 or Top 10 coal producers in 2011, so it is not the place for adding TOP 10 litsts.
