Route 1
[edit]Could we move the Route 1 detail to the Route 1 page, and just mention it here? It seems irrelevant, and the Route 1 page needs it, anyway. I know nothing about Route 1, so am reluctant to do it. Thanks. Bikeable 05:34, 15 September 2005 (UTC)
- That provides a list of the roads in the Emerald Necklace, so it fits here. --SPUI (talk) 07:14, 15 September 2005 (UTC)
Dorchesterway
[edit]I moved the Dorchesterway mention to a different part of the article. Big thanks to whoever mentioned the Dorchesterway! I had never heard of it but your mention prompted me to investigate and create a new article. --House of Scandal (talk) 06:28, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
Map
[edit]Please add a map to this article. -69.87.199.7 (talk) 12:45, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
- The article now includes a map so I removed the map requested template. -Transpoman (talk) 02:58, 29 May 2024 (UTC)
walks or races that tour the whole thing?
[edit]Are there any walking maps for going from one end to the other? Are there any annual walks or races that tour the whole thing? -69.87.203.81 (talk) 01:01, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
Assessment comment
[edit]The comment(s) below were originally left at Talk:Emerald Necklace/Comments, and are posted here for posterity. Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.
The article currently has a message stating that there is a conflict of interest. I am a staff member at the Emerald Necklace Conservancy and I have edited the content for accuracy and included highly active parks partners that were not included in the improvements section of the article. This may be why the article was flagged as having a conflict of interest, but I assure you that there is no conflict of interest. |

"Emerald"
[edit]I'd have bet not a small amount of money that the eytmology of Emerald Necklace was in reference to the city's Irish heritage; alas, I can find nothing to support this. Seasider53 (talk) 15:53, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
