- Cercis - redbud yellow ringspot associated virus
- Rubus subg. Rubus (blackberry) - blackberry leaf mottle-associated virus
- Actinidia - Actinidia chlorotic ringspot‐associated virus
- Arctium' - Woolly burdock yellow vein virus

- It is often the case that a number of putative species have been mentioned in the literature, but they are not (yet) recognised by the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses. In general, the standard protocol on Wikipedia is to wait for this to occur first before creating separate articles, but you are welcome to list them in the Emaravirus article as putative species.
