Just a note, referencing the above "This article was nominated for deletion..." box from 2019, that the (since deleted) article in question had been created very early in the development process by the original author. Elizabeth Tower was completed in 2022 and as of 2023 is the fifth-tallest building in Greater Manchester. The article has citations added, but it's still a stub and needs expanding.
