I would like to request a few changes related to my departure from the Boston Symphony Group to focus on my leadership coaching business, as reported here. Explanation: The "Retirement" section title makes it sound like I am retiring from work altogether, rather than just resigning from one job to focus on another.

Explanation: A couple issues. While the cited article was published in April 2024, it does not say this is when I announced I would start a career in leadership coaching. To the contrary, the cited article infers I've had a leadership coaching business for years ("Her track toward leadership coaching began with her own flute students at Tanglewood and at New England Conservatory, where she maintained a small studio until a few years ago.")

Done, although maybe the first paragraph should mention that you've moved from playing in the orchestra to coaching? My name is Elizabeth Rowe and I am the subject of the article. I would like to request the following tweaks to update the page regarding my departure from the Boston Symphony Orchestra, now that I have actually left, rather than merely planned to leave. Here are my proposed edits for an impartial editor to consider:

1. Infobox

Explanation: Adding current occupation, adding "former" to BSO position, and indicating that the URL provided is my business website, not a personal one.

2. Lead

Explanation: Changing language about future plans ("announced in 2023 that she would retire...") to past-tense ("Rowe retired") Citation provided in the next diff for the body of the page.

3. Bottom of Career Section

Explanation: Nearly identical request to #2, but changing it in the body of the page in addition to the Lead, with a citation regarding my last concert with BSO.

4. External links

Explanation: I don't think it makes sense to link to the BSO as my official bio, when I no longer work there. Plus, this URL will be taken down soon. Same for the New England Conservatory, which I left in 2020.

5. Bottom of Career Section

Explanation: I stopped teaching at the New England Conservatory of Music in 2020, but do not have a citation for this. I think the best thing to do under Wikipedia's rules and restrictions is to put "as of 2018" which is the date the cited news article was published.

Done Hey there. These edits seem reasonable, and thank you for making them easy to read. If you want to say much more about the actual leadership coaching, you'll RS to mention this. I'd also suggest removing one of the three sources in the Career > Career Coaching section, you probably don't need all three, but I have left these for now.
