Lefteris or Eleftherios?

In Modern Greek, it is rare to use the First name as on the records, and Eleftherios is always called Lefteris in Greece (see Wikipedia in Greek). Lefteris is a diminutive (short form) of Eleftherios. The WP:COMMONNAME for naming people should push to give him his name as Lefteris Petrounias.--Arorae (talk) 03:08, 22 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
