The 'official' website was ttp://dwightwinenger.net/fine.htm - then this was changed (by Elaine Fine herself) to ttp://musicalassumptions.blogspot.com - but that was reverted, as blogspot links are not generally tolerated. However, the dwightwinenger.net link is now dead, so I have removed it.
