Contributions re-write

The Contributions section is principally lifted from the Duke Anesthesia obit -- I haven't had time to competently re-work it (I understand very little of what the actual work entailed). More than likely, I will contact Drs. Curley and Butler for a proper primary source explanation of the contributions and an explanation of the Thalmann Algorithm. I wanted to get the article posted. I trimmed & re-wrote the section to remedy the WP:COPYVIO that was lingering for more than 8 years. Nice article, but generally a short original paragraph is better for Wikipedia than a long WP:COPYPASTE of copyrighted material. —Patrug (talk) 21:42, 3 March 2016 (UTC)

Date of Birth?
