English proficiency

Someone is systematically removing this data from the article on the basis it is "too specific". I disagree as I wouldn't know WHERE inside WP to put it otherwise. The same person then follows me around to delete an update to another article. This doesn't seem right I think. 2607:FB91:1C66:5E35:D0AE:9176:21BC:4DEF (talk) 22:27, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
