Could this word ever be understood as a portmanteau of psychotomimetic and echolalia, the latter being a psychiatric condition? To my mind, this risk is present even with low probability. Therefore, and because that there are other words resembling it in the philologies of non-English speaking nations of Europe where the term onomatopoeia is not as prevalent or is even non-existent I propose that the page be maintained as a self-standing article and possibly enriched with clarity and content.Dboscainos (talk) 18:43, 4 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The first line refers to a "latter noun", while only having adjectives preceding it to which it could be referring. What is the antecedent of the "latter."
