Lip service paid to why they disappeared

This article should contain a good description of how forest clearing and exotic species almost drove them extinct. The section on population recovery completely passes over this. Would somebody who knows please add it in.

Hello- I was referring to inappropriate species name capitalization, statements of the obvious, and multiple issues relating to English language proficiency, e.g. "Some bluebird’s population fly", "under certain circumstance", "to escape cold winters" (style), "perfectly support" (style), "the weather return to normal" (grammar, and "normal").
