The section "Dzungar rule over Altishahr" appears to be written primarily to convey the view that the Dzungars were evil rulers who deserved to be exterminated (as they largely were after 1755 - see Dzungar genocide). That isn't a neutral POV. I have little doubt that they were extractive and probably cruel rulers; but in the context of the 16th and 17th centuries, this was an almost universal characteristic. I don't have the expertise to rewrite neutrally, but this section needs attention from someone who can. Urilarim (talk) 23:48, 26 October 2020 (UTC)
