Maxim in title case?
[edit]The maxim about English laws being the birthright of the English—I don't think that should be written in title case (i.e., each word capitalized), but in sentence case, as I have done here.
Unless multiple secondary sources use title case, it doesn't follow MOS:CAPS. If the primary source from the 17th century uses title case (or its equivalent), then perhaps it should be in quotation marks to make that clear, but otherwise I think it should be written in sentence case.
