Backlash single

[edit]

@Z0: Hey man, wanted to get your opinion on this. Would the Backlash track be considered a Dubvision single, although it was released as a Martin Garrix edit? An IP recently added the track back after I removed it, so it's probably better if I got consensus on this since I'm not sure of where it should go myself. If anything I feels that it belongs only in Garrix's remix discography. Thanks! aNode (discuss) 13:30, 6 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure but usually singles get put in the singles section regardless of whether it's remixed or not. Is there evidence that this remix was released as a single? The editor whose username is Z0 14:04, 6 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Well it was released on Beatport here as a commercial single, and is available on Spotify too, only I'm not too sure if it's more of Garrix's or Dubvision's. I guess this could constitute as part of the singles section then! aNode (discuss) 14:53, 6 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah! The original artist is also usually credited as the artist for a remix of their song since remixes are like covers. The editor whose username is Z0 19:10, 6 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
