Brigham bridge
[edit]quote : " Brigham swing bridge, last opened in the 1960s and then replaced by a fixed structure in the 1970s, was restored to full operation"
Not clear how a fixed bridge could be restored to full operation - which is what the text appears to say. Was the bridge unsafe/derelict/replaced again etc. ?
Can the text be clarified please. Thank you.83.100.174.82 (talk) 15:54, 18 May 2014 (UTC)
