  • I vote for keeping them separate. I just tried looking up Drayage on dictionary.com, and got a totally inadequate definition. This one was just what I was looking for, as the term was used in the context of trade shows, specifically describing that "Drayage is up 19% this year over last year" (2006 over 2007). Reference cleanup

I merged the duplicate instances of the utexas.edu citation, but couldn't reasonably deal with the "Motomachi Shopping Street" footnote. While the reference seems to indicate it would support the malls and shopping streets example, clicking the link in Sept. 2013 brings up what looks like a 404 page in a language I cannot read. A quick search for similar supporting citations was unfruitful. I propose to delete the "Motomachi" footnote and add the Citation needed tag to the example.
