Propose that the page title be changed to Outstanding Solo Performance as that has been the category title since the late 90's. This is supported by both the Drama Desk site (which actually now lists all winners in this category as outstanding solo performance) and Broadway database, which lists all those who have won in this category, from 1999 onwards, as winning outstanding solo performance.
