The Romance of Gilgamesh A Jungian Commentary
[edit]The Romance of Gilgamesh A Jungian Commentary
As a follow-up to last month's presentation of The Epic of Gilgamesh by Mitch Walker, at tonight's Uranian Psychoanalytic Club meeting Doug Sadownick will finish reading Mitch's 1980s commentary on the tale, "The Romance of Gilgamesh," of which Mitch shared the initial two sections directly after relating the story itself last month. This evening's talk will include "World of the Gods," "The Star From Heaven," "The Sacred Marriage and Fight with Humbaba," "The Bull of Heaven and Loss of the Soul," "The Journey to the Spirit-World" and more, followed by an opportunity to share audience reactions and questions.
Does anyone mind if I add this? Thx
